Key Responsibilities:
Develop Personalized Learning Plans
Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each student.

Provide Engaging Virtual Instruction
Lead remote instruction sessions for students with various learning abilities, helping them achieve their academic and personal development goals in a supportive online environment.

Collaborate with Education Professionals
Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators via virtual collaboration tools to ensure students receive cohesive and well-rounded educational support.

Maintain Detailed Digital Records
Document student progress, track goals, and maintain accurate digital records for reporting and compliance purposes.

Adapt Teaching Strategies for Remote Learning
Modify curricula and employ creative teaching strategies to maximize student engagement and success in a virtual setting.

Qualifications:
New Mexico Teaching License with Special Education Endorsement
Must hold a current, valid teaching license in New Mexico with an endorsement in Special Education.

Experience in Special Education
At least 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher, ideally with experience in remote or hybrid learning environments.

Proficiency with Virtual Learning Tools
Strong familiarity with virtual learning platforms, digital teaching tools, and educational technologies to enhance remote instruction.

Adaptable and Creative Mindset
Demonstrated ability to creatively address diverse learning needs and adapt teaching methods for online environments.
