Video Producer, Learning (LinkedIn) Location: New York, NY (hybrid) Employment type: Full‑time; Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end production of video content, from concept to distribution Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and editorial talent to develop engaging learning experiences Script, storyboard, and coach talent for both editorial and instructional formats Direct productions in studio and remote settings Manage multiple projects across various stages of development with tight deadlines Oversee editing, graphics, and audio post‑production to ensure consistency in tone, style, and instructional clarity Produce and edit short‑form content optimized for social platforms and learner engagement Strong communication and collaboration skills are a necessity – as you will need to work effectively with stakeholders in Carpinteria, New York, and across cross‑functional teams Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback to refine future content Innovate new production styles and workflows to elevate storytelling and learning outcomes Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, marketing, communications, and engineering teams Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience producing video content Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) Background in writing and scripting skills for both editorial and instructional formats Preferred Qualifications Experience coaching talent and instructors in storytelling and delivery Content development Experience as a documentary producer Experience with production tools like Protools and Descript Familiarity with instructional design principles Hands‑on experience directing and producing content both in the field and in studio environments Knowledge of LinkedIn’s platform and audience engagement strategies Comfort with Mac and Windows operating systems and cloud‑based collaboration tools Suggested Skills Adobe Creative Suite Video Production Instructional Design Compensation Pay range: $93,000 to $153,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. The total compensation package may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
