About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for its Global Security Operations Center. The successful candidate will be a seasoned security professional with a proven track record in leading teams to ensure the safety and security of a large and diverse global workforce. This role is pivotal in maintaining a 24/7 security posture across multiple domestic and international locations. The VP will be responsible for the domain awareness and security of associates, customers, properties, and business units, and must be adept at managing and leading cross-functional teams to drive positive change. Technical knowledge of the latest security center technologies and the ability to integrate various intelligence feeds for situational awareness are essential. Candidates for the VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) and at least 12 years' experience in an operational or technical security center environment. The role requires a leader with outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills, who can effectively brief senior leaders and clients on security capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of influencing security technology decisions, and will have a strong background in security principles and incident management. Experience in implementing and operationalizing security technologies, as well as a proven ability to work under pressure and during major incidents, is also necessary. The VP will be expected to have a strong network with government security organizations and to enforce corporate security policies and standards.
