Compensation and Schedule Starting salary: $21.00/hour Shift premium available based on days and hours worked Eligible for commission 44 days of paid time off annually (23 Personal Time Off days, 8 company holidays, plus paid volunteer day) 100% remote from home office Robust insurance options: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life, STD, LTD Full-time 40 hour/week openings with 8 hour shifts Available shifts: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm CDT or Sunday through Thursday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm CDT Required Skills and Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Not an entry-level role; prior customer service or sales experience is required. Experience handling customer concerns via phone, digital chat, social media, and SMS/text is a plus. Must pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid training provided. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Patience, empathy, and strong listening skills to fulfill customer needs promptly. Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software applications and internet tools. Ability to work effectively in a team; remote work is supported. Self-defense knowledge and firearms familiarity preferred but not required. Training New hires complete full-time paid training including onboarding, products and systems, sales and service, and licensing preparation. Training runs Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Central for the first 8 weeks and is virtual for remote employees. Additional Information New hires are referred to Texas residents only.
