The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and has experience crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user experiences across our platform.
⢠Design user-friendly interfaces that align with Figma's brand and user needs.
⢠Conduct user research, gather insights, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
⢠Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless design implementation.
⢠Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analytics.
⢠Maintain design consistency and ensure accessibility best practices.
⢠Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging design technologies.
⢠**Experience:** 2+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
⢠**Skills:** Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
⢠**Knowledge:** Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and responsive design.
⢠**Communication:** Strong ability to present and articulate design decisions.
⢠**Collaboration:** Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
⢠Experience designing for SaaS or collaborative tools.
⢠Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
⢠Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).
