\n\nJob Details:
\n• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
\n• Neurosurgical experience required - candidates without neuro experience will not be considered
\n• Experience in trauma, orthopedic, and robotics procedures required
\n• Must have Trauma Level II experience required, Trauma Level I experience preferred
\n• 1:1 patient ratio across all shifts
\n• Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery procedures
\n• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Daily census of 50-60 patients with 18 operating rooms available
\n• Weekend coverage required with 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks
\n• Call requirements include 1-2 calls per week Monday through Thursday
\n• 30-minute callback response time required
\n• Holiday coverage on call basis as needed by department
\n• Maximum 7-day requested time off per contract
\n• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
\n• EPIC charting system experience required
\n• Must complete 5-6 hours of pre-start modules
\n• No floating required
\n• First-time travelers not accepted
\n• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
\n• Clean nursing license required with no license hits accepted

The organization offers extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
