The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Valentine, Nebraska.
Just a quick note—please keep in mind that we’re wanting candidates who are interested in a permanent position. The 13-week period serves as a trial for both the candidate and the hospital.
BSN from an accredited nursing school required.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive management and supervisory experience in a nursing role.
Current and unencumbered Nebraska Registered Nurse license without restrictions.
Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC.
Current instructor certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC or ability to obtain within one (1) year from date of hire.
Promotes CCH’s mission, vision, and values through patient and staff education, enhancing care and outcomes. Drives process improvements, collaborates on quality assurance initiatives, and manages educational programs such as HealthStream and competency tracking. Ensures compliance with certifications and continuing education, mentors nursing students, and coordinates in-service training. Acts as a liaison with educational institutions, oversees clinical rotations, and fosters professional development. Supports onboarding, training, and compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies.
40 hours per week Monday- Friday.
