Openwork Health is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to play a key role in building and expanding our Travel Nurse Staffing division. This is more than just a recruiting jobits a chance to help shape the future of a fast-growing company.

What Youll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for travel nurses and allied health professionals
• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a solid talent pipeline
• Act as a brand ambassador to expand Openworks presence in the travel healthcare market
• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategies and market growth
• Negotiate competitive pay packages and job offers
• Ensure smooth onboarding by working closely with candidates and the credentialing team
• Drive contract renewals and extensions to improve retention
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel nursing or allied health
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Eager to learn, innovate, and grow alongside our expanding company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
