\nRegistered Nurse - PCU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in Main 11 West Neuroscience PCU Unit with 34 beds (6 progressive and 15 total telemetry patients)
\n• Self-scheduling with weekend coverage required
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with daily census of 30.5
\n• 24 hours of orientation required
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required with minimum 1 year experience
\n• Trauma Level I experience preferred
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Skills required: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring
\n• EPIC charting experience required
\n• BSN preferred
\n• VA or compact state license must be in hand at time of submittal
\n• Must follow natural nail policy
\n• Float within scope if needed
\n• Complete 6 hours of non-billable modules during orientation week
\n• Care for patients with diagnoses including stroke, seizures, dementia, neuromuscular disorders, head/neck/back trauma, and post-surgical patients
\n• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
\n• Handle stable ventilator patients in progressive care setting
