ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, North Dakota.

\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Holiday coverage as needed
\n• First to float to medical and telemetry units
\n• 7-7 rotation will not occur more than weekly
\n• Block scheduling may be considered if unit needs are met
\n• Nurse to patient ratios: Days 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6
\n• Care for patients with total joint replacement, spinal surgery, urology procedures, abdominal surgery, bariatrics, and medical overflow
\n• Manage hemovacs, JP drains, colostomies frequently
\n• Work with occasional heparin drips, PCA pumps, TPN
\n• Surgical experience and post-op care preferred
\n• Early ambulation experience preferred
\n• Work with charge nurse on both shifts
\n• Bedside shift report required
\n• Any color scrubs permitted
\n• Required certification: BLS
\n• EPIC charting system
\n• BSN not required
\n• Close-knit unit with good culture
\n• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract)

The facility operates as a Level 2 trauma center and maintains modern equipment including remote telemetry monitoring systems.
