HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LPN Home Health for a 13-week contract located in Urbandale, Iowa.

Required Qualifications for this LPN Home Health Role:

• Appropriate licensure within the state
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• 1+ year of applicable experience

• Traveler Compensation: $ 1854 gross weekly (includes weekly stipend of $ 1254)
• Local Hourly Rate: $ 40.34 to $ 41.34 an hour

• Number of Shifts Weekly: 5
• Expected Weekly Hours: 40
