This role focuses on patient education related to Metabolic Medicine, Thyroid, Diabetes, and Endocrinology. The position primarily involves educating patients over the phone, with potential in-person education for glucose meters and Ozempic injection instructions. Responsibilities include confirming prior authorizations, managing medication refills, and processing lab orders. Candidates must have experience with EPIC EMR.

• Confirm prior authorization for medications.
\n
• Provide support and instruction for diabetes management tools.
