Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of transactional tax experience.
Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.
Admission to practice in California (or eligibility to waive in) preferred.
Candidates should align with the firm's 2nd to 5th year associate class range.
Compensation:
This position is paid according to the Cravath scale .
