Position Overview:As a Title Clerk at Campus Ford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicle titles and registrations are processed correctly and efficiently in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:Process all vehicle title and registration paperwork with precision and timeliness.
Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with customers to gather necessary information.
Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure seamless transactions.
Stay updated on state title regulations and dealership policies.
Previous experience in title work is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
