Position Title : TIG Welder/ Fabricator 

Wage : $20.00-$25.00/Hour Based on Experience

Shift : 1st Shift

Hours : 7:00AM-3:00PM; Monday- Friday 

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator for a direct-hire opportunity in Plymouth, WI! If you have a passion for welding and fabrication with at least 2 years of experience, we want you to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge equipment such as fiber lasers and vacuum lifts, performing precise TIG welding and fabrication of stainless-steel components. Take your skills to the next level while contributing to high-quality stainless-steel fabrication for a variety of industries!

TIG Welder/ Fabricator Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine fabrication requirements
- TIG weld stainless steel with precision and efficiency (2+ years of preferred experience)
- Operate hand tools and machinery for fabrication, including grinding, saw cutting, and tapping
- Utilize a fiber laser and vacuum lift for material handling and processing
- Perform finishing work, such as weld passivation, equipment washdowns, and basic assembly to ensure high-quality standards

Requirements for TIG Welder/ Fabricator :
- High School Diploma or GED are preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new fabrication techniques and operate advanced equipment
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
