Test Technician - Clearance
\n**$24.28/hour for 1st shift, $27.19/hour for 2nd shift, & $27.21/hour for 3rd shift**

\n Job Description:
\nWe are seeking Acceptance Test Technicians for their Advanced Product Center (APC) in McKinney, TX. These positions offer a contract-to-hire opportunity with a work schedule, encompassing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. (training on 1st shift) These positions are ideal for individuals with a strong technical background seeking to contribute to national defense initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

\n Duties & Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Conduct acceptance testing on production and development/prototype products\n\t
• Utilize hand tools, torque tools, analyzers, and power tools for testing procedures\n\t
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions\n\t
• Operate and set up test equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopes\n\t
• Input part information into the Factory Operating System (FOS) and document nonconformances\n\t
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.\n\t
• Perform rework and in-process inspections as needed

\n Required \n\n

\n\t
• High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training)\n\t
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience\n\t
• Active U.S. secret security clearance\n\t
• Experience in a manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense environment is preferred\n

\n Desired: \n\n

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings\n\t
• Basic computer and math skills\n\t
• Experience with robotic equipment, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment, or high-voltage testing\n
