Ruderman Executive Leadership Summit Project Manager

The Ruderman Executive Leadership Summit, scheduled for November 2025 in Boston, is a strategic partnership of the Ruderman Family Foundation, Brandeis University, and the University of Haifa. This four-day, high-level gathering brings together senior Israeli and American Jewish leaders to strengthen mutual understanding, build relationships, and address shared challenges.

Role Summary

We are seeking a sharp, assertive and highly organized individual with deep knowledge about current issues facing Jewish leaders in Israel and the United States. The Project Manager will work with the Summit Co-Chairs and the Ruderman Foundation to coordinate content-related aspects of the summit. This is a 20-25% part-time role for approximately six months, focused on agenda development, speaker engagement, and communication with key stakeholders. You will work closely with program leadership and institutional partners to drive progress and keep all programmatic elements aligned.

This role is remote, with one required in-person commitment: attendance at the 4-day summit in Boston in November. Logistics and event execution are managed by a separate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support speaker outreach, scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
• Track and shape the evolving program agenda and session flow
• Maintain a clear Gantt chart and timeline for program milestones
• Serve as the communication hub between speakers, participants, and partner institutions (Brandeis, Haifa, and the Ruderman Foundation)
• Ensure strong alignment and follow-through on content and program goals

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Jewish communities and leadership circles in both the U.S. and Israel
• Experience managing content-focused programs or multi-partner projects
• Outstanding communication skills: confident, clear, and personable
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to manage senior-level relationships
• Fluent in English; Hebrew a strong advantage.
