Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with key stakeholders on planning, collaborating, and prioritizing of work to meet commitments and align with product goals;
• Drive projects forward, continuously tracking and reporting progress against the project schedule;
• Work with key stakeholders through the initiation and discovery processes to ensure all parties align on project objectives, scope, timeline and goals; ensures requirements and dependencies are identified and documented;
• Develop the project plan including development/implementation approach, work breakdown structure, and schedule;
• Facilitate project meetings, technical workshops, engagement sessions and project reviews;
• Coordinate requirements, resources, dependencies, dates, deployment plans and more across multiple internal and external teams, leveraging techniques from both Agile and traditional project management methodologies;
• Analyze data to understand issues, gaps, priorities and take corrective actions, including escalations; and
• Contribute to building the internal and crossing teams processes.

What we're looking for:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
• Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Project Management;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Software Product Management;
• Must have 2 years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Foundations;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Program Management Tools: Confluence, Jira, Coda;
• Must have 2 years of experience in Software Source Code management: GitLab; and
• Must have 2 years of experience in Software Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
