Rehearsal & Calling Stage Manager (Touring) – Miracle on 34th St. Reports To: Production Manager / Director Candidate must be NYC based in order to be considered. Summary: The Rehearsal & Calling Stage Manager oversees all rehearsal activity for Miracle on 34th St. at AMDA Studios in NYC and calls the show during the tour. This position is critical for maintaining clear communication between the director, performers, and production team, ensuring smooth rehearsals and consistent show execution on tour. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all rehearsals at AMDA Studios (NYC). Take accurate notes and maintain rehearsal reports. Facilitate communication between director, designers, and performers. Prepare and distribute rehearsal and production documentation. Call the show during performances on tour, ensuring cues are executed consistently. Oversee stage operations and manage local crews and assistants during performances. Ensure performer safety and smooth running of all on-stage elements. Qualifications: Stage management experience in both rehearsal and performance settings required. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with calling cues for lights, sound, and scenic/wardrobe elements. Ability to adapt quickly to varying venue conditions on tour. Must be based in NYC for rehearsal period. Rehearsals (NYC, AMDA Studios): October 20 – November 9 Performances (Tour): December 3–7 — Potential show (TBD) December 16–18 — Detroit, MI December 26–28 — Tyson, VA December 29–January 4 — Syracuse, NY Housing and travel provided while on tour. This tour is expected to expand and rerun next year, offering potential year-over-year employment opportunities.
