Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our Human Resources team and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping and executing talent strategies, driving recruitment excellence, and enhancing the overall candidate experience nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both human resources and talent acquisition, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to building diverse and high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute inclusive recruiting strategies that attract top-tier and diverse talent
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding in partnership with hiring managers
  • Meet and exceed hiring targets while promoting continuous improvement and creative problem-solving
  • Proactively build and maintain pipelines for senior and executive-level talent
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to increase visibility and position the company as an employer of choice
  • Analyze workforce needs and provide forecasting and strategic hiring recommendations
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and efficient candidate experience
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies through reporting and oversight
  • Partner with external vendors including RPO firms, universities, and third-party recruiting agencies
  • Drive process efficiencies to reduce time-to-hire and overall cost-per-hire
  • Manage job postings across applicant tracking systems, career sites, and relevant platforms
  • Provide additional HR support and collaboration as needed across the department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred
  • 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years focused on talent acquisition
  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, aPHR)
  • Strong understanding of employment law, hiring compliance, and HR best practices
  • Proven success implementing scalable recruitment strategies and process improvements
  • Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor hiring managers and junior talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, proactive, and people-oriented mindset

Work Environment:

This role follows a hybrid work model with four days required in-office and one remote day per week. This schedule is subject to change based on business needs. Location: On-site in Irvine, CA (Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote – subject to change)
