ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Safeguard the assets of the company
2. Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
3. Exchange currency for gaming chips.
4. Collect bets and pay winning wagers.
5. Ensure compliance with Federal and state currency reporting requirements.
6. Ensure compliance with $500 loss limit in accordance with Missouri Gaming regulations.
7. Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards.
8. Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor or any Manager
9. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
10. Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
11. Perform all job functions safely and in a responsible manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to successfully complete a math basics test and display adequate gaming skills. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.
