JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School graduate or GED required. Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology (civilian or military) Associate of Arts Degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited technical or Liberal Arts College or 10 plus years' experience as a Surgical Technologist. ***General gyn vascular urology podiatry ortho spine experience preferred*** Certifications: Current CPR certification. Certification as a Surgical Technologist under the Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technologist by graduating from a CAAHEP and passing a national certification examination (CST) OR certification under the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or certification under the Armed Forces (military) Program. Start: ASAP Shift: Days 4x10 Length: 13 Weeks Call: At minimum 1-2 days a week and minimum one weekend a month (Fri-Sun) Certified Tech Preferred but not required. 8 OR suites
