You\nwill leverage clinical decision making and data to identify trends and\nopportunities for improvement related to the surgical quality programs. This includes\nMetabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and the National Surgical Quality\nImprovement program. You will be responsible for overseeing our participation in\nthe American College of Surgeons (ACS) Quality Improvement programs while\nensuring high-quality clinical screening, data compilation, and submission of\nall eligible UCLA Health surgeries into the ACS database. You will support our Vision\nto facilitate and improve clinical quality and patient safety outcomes for the\ncommunities we serve. You will also facilitate compliance with ACS quality\nimprovement program requirements and promote an overall culture of safety. This role is\ncritical in helping us achieve our goal of becoming a transformative,\nhigh -reliability organization with an uncompromising focus on patient safety\nand clinical quality outcomes.
UCLA Health salary range for this title code is $112,900-256,900/annually . Please note that the department's target pay range is $150,000 - $175,000/annually.
