This position is a temporary summer sales internship located in San Deigo, CA and is only available for the duration of the summer. A full-time role is not an option at this time, additionally we do offer relocation assistance if you are extended an offer.

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals with a passion for sales and client relationships. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you develop the skills needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Stay open-minded and eager to learn while maintaining professionalism.

• Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and sales strategies.

• Convert leads into sales using inside sales techniques and technical product knowledge.

• Track sales performance, analyze data, and refine strategies for success.

• Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze market trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.

• Good charisma and energy, essential for any sales role.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous sales experience (direct, inside, or outside sales).

• Business majors or individuals interested in the sales industry.
