Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Styling and Image Consultant located in Redondo Beach, CA. The Styling and Image Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized style and image consultations, helping clients select wardrobe pieces that enhance their strengths and suit their preferences. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients in-store and during at-home appointments, assisting with trunk shows, and delivering specialized training sessions. The Consultant will also communicate effectively with clients to understand their style needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Image Consulting and Style Consulting skills
• Consulting and Communication skills
• Effective phone etiquette skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion
• Ability to deliver personalized services and tailor recommendations to individual clients
• Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fashion or image consulting are beneficial
• Ability to walk upstairs. The store location has 2 floors.
• Ability to handle Point of Sale hardware and software.
