Possessing a high-level understanding of how technology platforms and ecosystems fit into the digital landscape and how digital technology is transforming business. Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and value creation within existing and new engagements. Excellent in both written and oral communication, with the ability to craft compelling stories around insights, challenges, and solutions for an executive audience. The work: The individual will leverage industry expertise to work directly with clients, applying strategic thinking to their digital, commerce, and sales challenges. Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high-impact solutions that create value. Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation and customer operations within Utilities sectors, positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor. Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project teams to ensure successful implementation within scope, budget, and timeline. Conduct value analysis to generate insights and identify opportunities for value creation. Partner with clients to make bold decisions on key issues at the executive level. Grow expertise and mentor junior team members to sustain thought leadership. Build and maintain strong client relationships, exploring opportunities for growth and additional value. Support the profitability of client engagements and identify opportunities for extension, cross-sell, or up-sell. Here’s what you’ll need: 5+ years of experience in the Utilities sector, with a robust understanding of customer markets, trends, and challenges. 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or similar roles. 2+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Bonus points if you have: Experience in Utilities or related industries. MBA or equivalent graduate degree. Strong understanding of customer sales enablement platforms like Salesforce. Knowledge of back-office platforms such as Oracle and SAP. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with at least 2 years of experience driving insights with analytical tools.
