The Staff Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered nursing care with a focus on nephrology, actively engaging in continuing education and ethical practice. This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality dialysis care and improving patient outcomes. Nurses are supported in their professional growth and development within a collaborative healthcare environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Staff Nurse you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices.

Experience:
One (1) year of registered nurse experience.Education :
Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalentLicense/Certification :
