Job Details
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of a scalable blockchain architecture aligned with business goals and industry best practices. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of components, oversee system upgrades, and implement strategies for performance optimization and infrastructure scaling. Acting as a technical leader, you’ll provide mentorship, conduct peer reviews, and represent the organization at industry events.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on blockchain technologies and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Solidity, Go, Rust, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with a history of managing cross-functional teams.
