The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the accounting group with day to day corporate accounting and month end close functions. Job description: - Record assigned journal entries; tasks assigned as part of the monthly accounting close. - Record daily cash transactions with reconciliation to the corresponding bank statement. - Prepare month-end balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with corporate policy and procedure. - Researching reconciling items as required. - Participate in the preparation of financial footnotes or other financial reports. - Assist with projects, compliance, and other accounting functions as needed. - Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor. Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - 1+ years of experience with US GAAP, month end close and reconciliation functions within an organization greater than $50M in revenue - 6+ months of experience with an ERP such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, JDE, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics or similar - 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel functions such as creating pivot tables, vlookups and basic formulas

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
