In this role, you will be:

Leading end-to-end project management activities, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.
Collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and success criteria, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Working with the Data Loan Management team to ensure seamless integration of data solutions and loan management systems, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Managing risks, issues, and changes across the project lifecycle, proactively identifying areas for improvement and leading mitigation efforts.
Coordinating and facilitating regular project meetings with business and technology teams, ensuring that key milestones are achieved and communicated effectively to senior leadership.
Delivering clear and concise executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and issues, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering results on time and within scope.
Providing thought leadership and direction on project execution, utilizing your deep understanding of both technical and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Both Tech and Business Sides : Proven experience working on both the technical and business aspects of project management.
Waterfall & Agile Methodologies : Hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Risk and Change Management : Strong background in managing risks and driving change within projects.
End-to-End Project Management : 7-10 years of comprehensive project management experience, handling projects from initiation to completion.
