Responsibilities: - Partners with the Sr. Director, People Business Partner to develop and implement people strategy for corporate functions
- Builds strong business relationships and collaborates with business leaders to proactively identify talent gaps and propose solutions
- Facilitation and calibration of core HR initiatives including; Talent Assessments, Salary Review, Succession Planning, and Engagement Action Planning
- Builds communication plans to support change management and various people initiatives
- Partners with People Finance to build and manage headcount budget for assigned client groups
- Leverages data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics
- Responsible for monthly headcount forecast for assigned client groups
- Facilitates employee moves and (where applicable) relocation processes
- Provides guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client group
- Manages employee relations for assigned client groups
- People management responsibilities for one direct report who manages all end to end people processes for client group, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, workday transactions etc
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, minimum 4+ years in HR generalist capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience working in fast paced organization
- Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment and labor laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with maturity
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
- Experience with Workday preferred
