Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Business Immigration Attorney at Milstein Law Group. The Sr. Business Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of business immigration cases, while overseeing a team of paralegals and legal assistants. The role is located in New York, NY, with the option for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling immigration issues, visas, immigration law, and legal issues. Specifically, O-1, EB-1, NIW, L-1, H-1B, E-2)
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in immigration law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in NY and other relevant jurisdictions
• Membership in legal associations such as the American Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association
