Sr Associate, Strategic Finance - Global Mobility Finance (Growth Priorities) Join Uber as a Sr Associate on the Strategic Finance team, helping scale financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities across global mobility functions. About the Role As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will scale financial reporting, analytics, and planning, empowering decision makers across Uber’s businesses and functions. Your work will drive real‑time business decisions, contribute to high‑profile strategic and operational initiatives, and help Uber grow, scale, and become more profitable while creating opportunities for couriers, restaurants, and drivers that use our platform daily. What You’ll Do Financial & Operational Planning: Partner with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals. Business Partnering: Apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision‑making related to new initiatives, products, and business opportunities. Sophisticated Financial Modeling: Build complex financial models from scratch and improve existing models. Strategic Thinking & Execution Excellence: Partner with your team to execute projects and operationalize insights. Creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets. Basic Qualifications BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related subject. 4+ years of proven experience. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets. Prior financial and/or analytical experience including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations. Preferred Qualifications Outstanding analytical skills; models are efficient, scalable, and intuitive. Excellent communication and people skills. Self‑starter, taking initiative and driving toward goals. Ability to prioritize and multitask in an ambiguous environment. Collaboration and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Basic knowledge of GAAP. Experience with enterprise‑level financial planning systems and SQL or statistical software. Compensation & Benefits For all US locations, the base salary range is USD$127,000 per year to USD$141,000 per year. You will be eligible for Uber’s bonus program, equity awards, and other compensation types. Additional benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, and other standard benefits.
