Responsibilities:
• Perform job and market analysis, as well as collects market intelligence to build effective pay models or recommend changes to compensation program.
• Conduct job evaluation and market pricing for new positions, job changes, or re-evaluation of existing jobs, as needed for highly specialized roles.
• Participate and analyze salary surveys and other available market and competitor information to ensure a competitive compensation structure across all of our markets.
• Maintain job classification, leveling and title structures to drive greater consistency and transparency across our compensation programs.
• Conduct analysis of jobs, salaries, variable pay and other rewards in order to evaluate internal equity.
• Partner with talent acquisition and HR business partners on total compensation offers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or in HR with considerable coursework in quantitative methods.
• 3-5 years' of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Workday and Market Data platforms
• Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, modeling, and charting required
• Strong quantitative, highly analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
