Capstone Logistics is looking for motivated Independent Contractors with Sprinter Vans and/or Box Trucks to join our expanding team.  Important: All Owner Operators  must provide their own Sprinter Van or Cargo Van for this opportunity. Vehicles can be leased or rented, but  Capstone does not supply vehicles for this account.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sprinter or cargo van to deliver goods to various locations.
• Load and unload items efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues promptly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements:

• Age : 21+ and a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Vehicle : Must meet Capstone’s vehicle standards.
• Smartphone : Ability to use a smartphone for route management.
• Background Check : Required for all contractors.
• Insurance : $100,000 Bodily Injury, $100,000 Personal Injury, and $25,000 Property Damage insurance required for vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) under 10,000 lbs.
