The Daily Wire is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Platform Specialist for platforms such as Meta, X, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for your assigned platform, ensuring top-tier publishing practices, implementing smart engagement strategies, and tracking performance to drive growth and impact. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's presence on your platform—bringing consistency, creativity, and data-driven thinking to your work. Primary Responsibilities Stay deeply immersed in platform trends, feature updates, and competitor activity; maintain internal documentation and act as a subject matter expert on platform best practices. Analyze content and channel performance metrics (CTR, watch time, follower growth, etc.) and deliver weekly insights to guide content and distribution strategies. Lead A/B testing and adapt strategies rapidly when platform performance changes or new formats emerge. Manage the end-to-end publishing process—crafting engaging titles, coordinating thumbnails, managing post timing, and ensuring metadata accuracy. Ensure brand and platform consistency across all content while leveraging data to innovate and optimize. Maintain governance and compliance documentation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and support cross-functional teams with technical troubleshooting and training. Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on platform-specific capabilities and opportunities. Experience & Requirements 2–3 years of experience managing brand channels or equivalent on major platforms (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok) or relevant work experience. Expertise in platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite). Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats. Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization. Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
