SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Employment Type: Full-Time, In Office

Compensation: $30 per hour
Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Social Media Specialist. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Analyze and act upon campaign results.
Create quarterly content calendars for your clients’ review and approval.
Conduct audience research for clients and Firm Media.
Develop and curate engaging multimedia content.
Analyze competitor performance and product offerings.
Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
Explore and utilize social media trends.
Interact with comments and DMs.
Create and manage paid social ad campaigns.
Provide strategic insight and recommendations to clients.
Contribute efficient processes and tools/identification and elimination of process inefficiencies.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and some HTML.
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Professional oral and verbal communication skills.
Professional time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development.
Experience with Google Workspace tools, Canva, or equivalent.
