As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our vibrant community of artists and music lovers. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and reach across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with MusicBreeds' mission and values.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Support the planning and promotion of events, programs, and initiatives through social media channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive online community.
• Research and analyze competitors' social media strategies and audience engagement tactics.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the arts and a desire to promote music education and engagement.
