Job Description
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various types of equipment and machinery. This position requires solid mechanical proficiency and the ability to diagnose and solve technical problems efficiently.
Small Engines: ATV, dirt bikes, motorcycles, scooters, UTVs, golf carts and go-karts
Functions
- Perform routine maintenance of vehicles and assemble new vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems.
- Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts.
- Use power tools to complete repairs.
- Welding components as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Proper assembly of the units.
- Facilitating best practices for a timely and profitable operation.
Skills
- Experience in assembly and repair of small engine vehicles.
- Sense of urgency and proactivity.
- It's essential to have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Mastering power tools for repairs.
- Mechanical knowledge to solve teams problems.
- Familiarity with repairs and general maintenance.
- Previous experience in motorsport/motorcycle dealership, which determines salary and bonuses.
- Ability to pass substance tests.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
