Key Responsibilities - Skid Steer Operator:
- Operate skid steers and other machinery for snow removal.
- Ensure safe and efficient clearing of driveways, walkways, and parking lots.
- Maintain equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Landscape Technician:
- Perform professional landscaping services, including mowing, planting, and maintenance.
- Execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment with safety and care.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications - A valid NYS Driver's License is required.
- Relevant experience in snow removal, landscaping, mowing, or hardscaping is preferred but not mandatory-we'll train the right candidates!
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with skid steers or other landscaping machinery is a plus.

Division-Based Roles: These positions are specific to individual divisions, and employees will focus solely on their assigned division. Responsibilities or divisions may shift with seasonal changes, with adjustments made based on the individual's skills and where they fit best.
