Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong understanding of Site Management and User access management in SharePoint Online. Good understanding of M365 Tenant Administration for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience in administering SharePoint sites, including managing site storage, auditing permissions, and metadata. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint content types, list settings, and version management. Ability to handle administrative tasks using PnP PowerShell. Experience with Sharegate tool for migrations. Develop and maintain canvas apps in Power Platform connecting to SharePoint, Dataverse, etc. Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Administer Power Platform, including managing environments and deploying applications. Configure DLP policies on Power Platform. Create and manage users, security roles, and access to environments. Basic understanding of managing users in Entra ID and application registration. Provide technical support and training to users. Roles & Responsibilities Share daily progress/status with the client. Work in an agile mode and plan work according to sprints. Drive assigned sprint deliverables independently. Deliver sprint outcomes at the end of each sprint. Set appropriate expectations and gather continuous feedback from the client to adapt action plans. Generic Managerial Skills Good communication skills.
