Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or other related disciplines • 1
0+ years of overall experience. 5+ years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects with a strong focus on ITSM, ITAM, and Integration. • Proven experience implementing and managing complex ServiceNow integrations between different instances.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including
ITSM, ITAM, CMDB , and Enterprise Architecture.
• Familiarity with HRSA and NIH operational requirements and federal government service management processes is a plus.
• Experience with data governance, risk management, and change control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
