Service Now Developer ( HRSD)

Remote

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. The candidate will be assisting expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to develop, configure, and maintain HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications.

• Develop HR workflows, forms, and business rules Create and maintain HR case management solutions.
  
• Build and optimize employee self-service portals Implement Employee Journey Management Solutions
  
• Configure HR knowledge bases and content management systems.
  
• Strong Integration experience and scripting Strong knowledge in developing integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems
  
• Create and maintain scripted REST APIs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  
• Preferable HRSD – Implementation certification
  
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CAD certification.
  

• 12 -14 years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise applications.
  

• At least working experience of more than 2 HRSD projects
  

• Working and strong implementation knowledge of the HRSD modules (Employee center, catalogs, Employee Journey management, workforce optimization, case management and Knowledge management, document management)
  

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features"
  
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with HR systems.
