Job Title: Event Server

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hr

Shift Dates: Shifts will vary based on the client's needs

Location: Dallas, TX and surrounding cities

Indeed Flex is hiring Event Servers for their hospitality client in Dallas, TX .

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) professional experience in fine dining or sit-down event service, including experience with synchronized service techniques in a fast-paced upscale environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
• Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests while upholding professionalism
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• MUST own and maintain a pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes, and socks. Neatly groomed appearance with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to assigned tables, adhering to fine dining etiquette and guest satisfaction standards.
• Confidently explain menu items and wine pairings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless service.
• Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized tableside presentation, following restaurant hygiene and aesthetic standards.
