Senior User Experience Designer

What does a successful Technical User Experience Design - Advisor do? At Fiserv, we are at the forefront of financial services technology, transforming the way our clients do business. As a Technical User Experience Design - Advisor I, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.

What you will do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

• Mentor junior UX designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.

• Drive innovation and ensure consistency in design across various platforms.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in user experience design.

• 3+ years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• 3+ years of experience in HTML and CSS.

• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.

• 2+ years of experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

Salary Range

$110,000.00 - $186,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
