A growing yet established proprietary trading firm in Chicago & New York has recently gained an influx of capital to grow their platform and are now seeking to onboard Traders with a profitable track record to build out a desk ( ideal Sharpe 2-4+). The firm primarily trades fixed income cash, futures, and options markets with both actively managed and algorithmic trading strategies.
