Job Description
Why Till?
As a senior engineer at Till, you'll be part of our ambitious team working to embed financial literacy into everyday family life. You'll have significant technical ownership in building tools that don't just move money – they build lifelong financial relationships and teach the next generation how to be smarter with their finances.
Who you are:
You are an experienced full-stack engineer who takes initiative and drives technical excellence while delivering value to our customers, product, and company. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you thrive when given complex problems to solve with minimal oversight. You care deeply about your teammates and customers, and find fulfillment in owning the full lifecycle of product development—from technical architecture to production deployment.
You have extensive experience in software engineering with a strong background in payment systems. You're excited to leverage your expertise while continuing to learn new technologies in our rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
You'll architect and implement the systems that power family banking at scale. This means building robust payment processing workflows, designing APIs that financial institutions integrate with, and creating mobile experiences that both parents and kids love using.
Working closely with our product, design, and business teams, you'll help us balance our need to innovate quickly with the rock-solid reliability that financial services demand. Every feature you build helps families make better financial decisions and strengthens the relationships between our financial institution partners and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
About us:
We're a group of parents, kids, entrepreneurs, engineers, and designers united by a belief that everyone deserves better financial preparation for the real world. We built Till to solve the daily headache of family money management while teaching teens to become financially savvy adults.
