Key Responsibilities
Sales Recruitment (Analytics Focus):
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire experienced analytics sales professionals.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales positions in the analytics domain, ensuring alignment with company culture and role-specific competencies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales staffing needs and create job descriptions and candidate profiles specific to analytics sales.
Utilize a variety of recruiting channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
HR Generalist Duties:
Facilitate the smooth onboarding of sales hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into the organization and set up for success.
Assist in developing and coordinating training programs for sales employees, with a focus on analytics sales skills and performance enhancement.
Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
Support employee performance management processes, including appraisals, performance improvement plans, and feedback mechanisms.
Manage HR records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate documentation of HR-related activities.
Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to align talent acquisition and HR initiatives with business goals.
Assist in identifying and implementing HR best practices and process improvements.
Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and compensation reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong focus on recruiting sales professionals, particularly in the analytics domain, in the USA.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies, especially in sales-driven environments.
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring high-performing analytics salespeople in competitive markets.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices in the USA.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and management.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Experience with HRIS systems, ATS tools, and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
