This position will serve as a member of the senior management team and have the primary responsibility for managing large environmental projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all assigned tasks professionally, complying with company and regulatory safety and technical standards. Deliver internal and external projects according to technical, contractual, and commercial requirements. Report project performance regularly to management. Select, approve, and review subcontractors. Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement rigorous project management procedures and workflows. Coordinate with operational teams for proper resourcing of projects. Review requests for quotations and tenders. Lead project-specific procurement as needed. Attend site visits and industry events as required. Assist colleagues with daily operations as requested. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and CostPoint. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related field (desirable). Project management certification (PMP / PRINCE II) is a plus. Experience with scheduling, commercial forecasting, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with contractual documents, negotiations, offshore geotechnical survey industry, offshore operations, and geotechnical data. Proven track record of managing and delivering projects successfully. Working Conditions: The physical and work environment characteristics include walking, handling objects, reaching, balancing, stooping, bending, talking, hearing, and vision requirements.
