This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across a portfolio of active and pipeline development initiatives
- Partner with customers and business development teams in project meetings to understand part requirements, validation needs, and certification expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives
- Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, and detailed plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource alignment
- Coordinate product realization processes that balance speed-to-market with quality, managing internal resources and external vendors for flawless execution
- Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular, robust updates to leadership, clients, and external teams
- Mitigate project risks proactively while managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs through established verification and change control processes
- Document and maintain comprehensive project records, escalating issues to management when needed and ensuring transparency across all project phases
Qualifications What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of educational background and work experience
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in project management, program coordination, technical leadership, product management, or other roles encompassing significant project management duties delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships
- Communication: Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent computer skills and comfort with project management tools and platforms
- Travel: Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
- Regulated Environments: Experience working in highly regulated industries (AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, FDA, or similar regulatory frameworks)
- ITAR Compliance: Ability to review technical information from aerospace and defense customers as required by the Application Innovation Group
Preferred Experience
- Education: Master's degree
- Certification: PMP or PRINCE II certification
- Tools: Experience with Smartsheet, M365 Suite, and PowerBI
- Industry Knowledge: Background in additive manufacturing or 3D printing technologies
